During School

At Denver Integrative Massage School, I was able to learn a number of techniques! Swedish, Table & Floor Thai, Deep Tissue, Thai Yoga, Sports massage, reflexology, along with Prenatal/Side Lying. Bringing all of this information together I was able to create an “integrative” type massage!

I was also able to learn quite a few extra modalities such as hot stones, Thai compresses(hydrotherapy), cryotherapy (cold stones), Contrast therapy (hot and cold together), exfoliation, cupping

There’re also other techniques I was able to learn, however I don’t use them often in my current practice. Body masks, body wraps, dry brushing, detoxifying, body scrubs, along with the use of singing bowls.

Resulting in neuropathy and how to treat that condition.
